First, good job using the flash to balance the foreground and background exposures. You have a really interesting photo here, and if it weren't posted under the title "Poverty" I would have thought it was someones idea of a joke and I would have laughed, but as it is, it's very sad.

I laughed before I thought about it. It's a one-of-kind find nicely captured. The numbers of poverty-stricken people grows ever larger in this country...that is sad...very sad.

Nice find...I'm going out on a limb and say this is a joke...you can live in a dumpster for free.
